Only by including a macro in the document. This may or may not be a problem for
you. If you have macro security set to "High", then you can't do this and must
press Ctrl+End to jump to the end of the document.

If you have macro security set to "Medium", then:

Sub AutoOpen
Selection.EndKey wdStory
End Sub

As Cindy has pointed out, you can do this with a macro, but you will then,
if you have your Macro Security set sensibly, have to use the mouse to click
a box to enable the macro every time you open the doc. I find it much easier
just to press Ctrl+End to get to the end of the document or Shift+F5 to get
to the last edit point.
