lookup
I need to have a "starter letter" which will be addressed to a different
person almost every time. I would like to have a combo box populated names linked to my Outlook contacts and when selected the address and phone number is "filled in" in my word doc. I am using Word 2003. Doesn't sound like a "mail merge" solution. Appreicate your help Matt |

shown at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm to populate it from Outlook. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Matt wrote: I need to have a "starter letter" which will be addressed to a different person almost every time.
