Default lookup

I need to have a "starter letter" which will be addressed to a different
person almost every time. I would like to have a combo box populated names
linked to my Outlook contacts and when selected the address and phone number
is "filled in" in my word doc. I am using Word 2003.

Doesn't sound like a "mail merge" solution.

Appreicate your help

Default lookup

See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm and the lookup method
shown at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm to populate it from Outlook.
