Foot note space increases when using paste function between docume
I am using Word 2003. When pasting in a text from another document the area
between the foot note text and the thin line that seperates the footnote area and the ordinary text increases. Why and how can it be helped? How do I Change the this space between the thin line above the foot note and the actual foot note text. And how can i stop this from keep happening? |

Switch to Normal view. Click View | Footnotes. In the footnotes pane, click
the footnote separator item. Make sure to delete any blank paragraphs (¶) or spacing that has inadvertently been added to the separator. Note that in order to show/hide paragraph marks as well as any other nonprinting marks, you can press Ctrl+Shift+8. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Fredrik, Sweden" Fredrik, wrote in message ...
