How do I stop format changes being applied to an entire document?
Whenever I highlight a line of text (including the paragraph marker at the
end) to apply formatting such as bold or underline, Word 2003 automatically applies the change to the entire document. Hitting 'undo' then changes the rest of the document back, while leaving the highlighted bit formatted as was my original intention. Is there any way to break Word of this annoying habit? |
