Hi

I have a very strange problem with my headers in my document, choosing view
header and footer does nothing atall, double clicking an existing footer
allows me to edit it but when choosing to switch to header it just takes me
to the top of the page, i can see my document text greyed out but their is no
header area atall. I have tried increaseing the header size through page
setup even to 6cm but still nothing. I am stumped, can anyone shed any light
on this please.

Just as extra info, I am using word xp, I have tried changing white space,
viewing non-printing characters.
