Default MS Word 2007 text

I was trying to add text next to an inserted picture and somehow found an
option where you could add text in a creative way, for example, if the
picture was a star, you could add text that would follow the points of the
star. I have been unable to find that option since. I think I was trying to
cut and paste the text when I found this option. I'm really in need of being
able to do this. Please HELP!

With the shape selected, right click and set the layout property of the
shape to 'Tight' wrap.
