Default Dropping headers/footers.

Does anyone know how I can write a letter using the H & F letterhead I
have created, without it showing up on subsequent pages, i.e.
"continuation" pages? It's driving me mad to send out a mailshot over
one page in length with all pages bearing the letterhead.

Cheers. John.

Default Dropping headers/footers.

Take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other document where you
want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages.
http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm This gives step-by-step
instructions. (It also has the following links)

Some other pages to look at:

Thank you Charles! I knew it would be something as simple as thinking

Default Dropping headers/footers.

Enable the "Different first page" option in File | Page Setup to
create a first page header. For more on letterheads, see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm.
