I can't get page borders to print on the bottom of a page.

When I set page border within word it shows the full border on my screen.

However, the bottom of the border does not print, nor does it show on print
preview.

Luc gave me the same answer, BUT, I had previously tried the margins thing
and it didn't work. I just tried it again to no avail.

It is, however, printer specific as I have another printer on which the full
border does show and print - but this is a BW printer and I need full color
for this document.

It is not a "margins thing." It's a matter of setting the page border *from*
the margins rather than from the edge of the page. Read the article again.
