[Arima53]

My header/footer toolbar is missing. When I choose View, Header/Footer, the
toolbar does not appear. Therefore, I cannot switch between header/footer or
use any of the other options available in the header/footer toolbar. How do I
get it back?

having the same problem as Arima53 and I honestly don't know where the
newsgroup is that contains the post that Beth Melton referred to. And, as far
as I know, I've never posted there before so I'm not sure what Suzanne S.
Barnhill is talking about.

The problem is that most people who answer questions use newsreaders such as
Outlook Express or Forte Agent, which easily show all the newsgroups. But
most people who ask questions use the Microsoft web-based interface, which
does its level best to hide anything useful. :-)

Unfortunately, there is only a limited number of the newsgroups available
via the web interface at
