Default How do I text wrap pictures when creating a form?

In Word 2007, I want to include a picture content control in a new form
beside a text content control, but I do not seem to be able to change the
text wrapping of the picture so that it doesn't move when multiple lines of
text are added.

Have you tried placing the content control in a table cell whose dimensions
are fixed?
