Embedding fonts in Word Template
Ah, in that case it's easy. Tools | Options | Save: Embed TrueType fonts

Embedding fonts in Word Template
I believe so, but be aware that it will make the documents extremely large.
Be sure to use the most conservative settings ("Do not embed common system fonts" and, if documents will not have to be edited by others, "Embed characters in use only"). -- Suzanne S.
