Auto E-Mail After Merging
You can merge directly to e-mail.
If you have Acrobat you can merge as PDF to e-mail. There is an inexpensive third party mail merge add-in for Outlook from MAPILabs http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/ that makes merging to e-mail a breeze. Note that e-mail uses html or plain text which may not reflect the appearance of your 'letter' when the content of the letter is merged as the body of the e-mail. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org McRibIsBack wrote: I was wondering if after merging a document(s), can it be automatically E-mailed to an email address that resides within one of the merge fields. |
