Protect a legal document yet allowing electronic signatures?
How do i protect the verbiage of a document yet allowing for electronic
signatures? I have a business agreement that I need to protect the terms of the agreement yet I have a paragraph at the top of the document that needs information entered by the person applying for the position. Then at the end of the document, I have another area where more information needs to be entered along with two electronic signatures. |

Right, I don't know if this will help but here goes. If you highlight the
areas where you need more information filled in, then go to Tools-Protect Document. Choose the page to be a Ready Only, and then select the Exceptions part which allows a document to be 'Read Only' except for selected parts of the document where users are allowed to freely edit them. Hope this helps. "Bruce Yockey" wrote: How do i protect the verbiage of a document yet allowing for electronic signatures?
