Default How do I get front and back sides of bookmarks to line up on prin.

I am printing book marks out on a Color Ricoh Aficio 2232C and the front and
backsides will not line up correctly. Any suggestions? I printed duplexed
and the back side came out upside down. I printed the front and back sides
out separately and made a two-sided copy of them (the back side was
positioned to copy with the top of the document at the bottom). Hope that
makes sense.

Check the settings in your printer driver.

First, you need to change the printer property that controls how the printer
prints pages. Imagine a spiral notebook where the spiral binding is on the
left as you look at the front cover. The pages turn from right to left as a
normal book. Now imagine a steno notebook where the spiral is at the top
instead of the left. As you turn the pages they turn from bottom to top. The
text on page two would have to be upside down in relation to page one. This
setting can be changed in the printer properties when you click File|Print.
You'll have to look for it in the printer properties. There will be a graphic
showing the page relationship. That would fix the "upside down" you mentioned.

I don't know what you use to make a bookmark but I would use a vertical text
box. The easiest way to get both sides of your bookmark to print aligned from
front to back is to make sure both left and right margins are identical.
Place the text box on page one aligned with the top and left margins. Place
the text box on page two aligned with the top and right margins. When printed
in BOOK mode versus NOTEBOOK mode (see first paragraph)the text box on page
two will print directly behind the text box on page one and the top of both
sides will be the same. I hope all this makes sense.
