Default How to extract email addresses from a word document

are highlighted.

From that point I am unable to select the email addresses copying them
and pasting them into a separate document. Can some one assist me from
that point.

I think from point 5. above is where I have a challenge.

If I'm not mistaken, it could be done using hyperlinks. If I understood your question right. I think that it is much better to use an email signature to make your email more attractive and remembered. You can try to do that and to see the result. Check thunderbird signature generator to make a special signature for thunderbird mail.
