Default how do you auto update header and footer to doc title

I'm trying to automate a template where headers and footers will repeat the
info input on the title page. Any help on what subjects to research woudl be
greatly appreciated.

A few ways come to mind:
1. You could bookmark the text on the title page, and then
insert a cross-reference to the bookmark where you want the
information to repeat.
2. You could enter the relevant title page data into the
File-Properties dialog box, and then use a DOCPROPERTY field to
repeat the data.
3. You could format the title page data with certain styles,
and use a STYLEREF field to repeat the data.
