Default Embedding fonts in a template

I would suggest creating a letterhead and skip the whole embedding license
issue.

Thanks for your help.

The "fancy" font is an opentype font (with three faces). Have to use
"fancy
fonts" for the logo and address. The rest of the document is plain old
Arial.

Can Word embed OpenType fonts?

How are you going to get around the fact that not all fonts can be
embedded?
I would suggest you stick with the common fonts instand of using "fancy
fonts".
