By text boxes do you mean text formfields or textboxes from Insert
Textbox?

Thanks for responding.
It actually takes about 15 seconds to load.
And I'm referring to text formfields.
The non-form fields (regular text) loads almost immediately in the document,
and it takes up to 15 seconds for all the text formfields to load.
I'm using Word 2003 SP2
