Windows 2000- No longer stands alone?
Five years ago I bought Windows 2000 as a separate program and have used it
with three versions of my OS, never installing Office. Now I'd like to know if I can update it. MS Support pages don't show a self-standing Word program that is even available as an upgrade. Windows 2003, it seems, comes bundled with Office. Does that mean I'll be obliged to buy Office if I want a later version of Word than my 2000? |
