Microsoft Word "not responding" message
I'm using office professional edition 2003. I'm only having problems with
microsoft word. When I try to open documents already saved and attempt to make changes to them or try to type on a blank document, word will lock up and I get a "not responding" message. I have downloaded and installed all the updates. I have also tried renaming the Normal.dot file, deleting the "data" folder in word, and using the detect and repair feature in word...none of these have worked. Any other solutions? |
