Why can I not remove a deleted document which reappears with New Doc and

Very many thanks for your positively useful help! Being a Windows XP
user--and not a very knowlegeable one--it took me rather longer that it would
have taken others more knowlegeable that I. Nonetheless, I think that I have
successfully achieved the object of the exercise--K A L Hinds
