Excel spread sheet in Word
When I put a spread sheet in word, enter data and then click outside the
spread sheet area, the data disipears. If I ask for a print preview, the data shows. If I edit the spread sheet, the data shows. How can I make the data visible at all times? |

Hi Stan-
Try going to ToolsOptionsView & see if there is a check in the box for Picture Placeholders. If so, remove the check.
