shortcut for highlight dropdown
I know that ctrl-alt-H is the highlight shortcut. Is there a shortcut that
gets the highlight dropdown with different colors? I am finding I like using multiple colors, and am trying to learn as many shortcuts as I can (given I type pretty fast and the mouse is just too far away), so getting the color to change quickly would be great for reviewing docs. Thx. -- Boris |

I don't know of any shortcut to display this, directly. But you can create a little macro and assign a keyboard shortcut to that. The macro: Sub ShowHighlightMenu CommandBars("Formatting").Controls("Highlight").Ex ecute End Sub Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
