Expand StyleRef functionality
1. At present, a StyleRef field in a header for a section including endnotes
does not scan the text in the endnotes. This should be changed so that one can put headings on pages containing endnotes of the same kind one can already create for, say, membership lists ("dictionary-style" headings). I.e., if each endnote contains a page-number cross-reference to the location of the note in the body of the document in a distinctive style, StyleRef in the header should be able find the first and last ones on a given page of endnotes so that header can display "Notes for pages X-Y." 2. At present, StyleRef in a header carries hidden formatting over from the style of the text found, but not other font formatting. This should be changed so that "hidden" is also not carried over. That way, an embedded cross-reference of the kind mentioned above could be hidden in an endnote but displayed in the header. -- J. M.
