Bullets in a protected document-Office 2007
I have developed a template using Word Styles in Office 2003 and a
corresponding template in Office 2007. Both templates are protected to stop users adjusting or adding formatting styles etc. However, in Office 2007, the bullet formatting which I have designed is not available as a separate style - only as part of the bullet listing option. Is there a way of enabling the bullets in 2007, yet still protect the style formatting? Any ideas appreciated! -- evoke design |

Unprotect the document. Add the bullet formatting to a paragraph style. (If
this is single-level numbering, note that you can make use of a style from the built-in List Bullet series, which can be modified as desired.) In the Formatting Restrictions dialog box, make sure to allow that style in the document. Reprotect the document. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "evoke design" wrote in message ...
