paragraph mark in labels
Is there any way of preventing word inserting a paragraph mark in a new
merged label document? I have to manually remove them before formatting my label. |

The paragraph mark is inserted directly above the end of cell mark, which in
effect adds an additional line to an address block "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote: Where exactly is the paragraph mark? -- Hope this helps. Don't use the addressblock field. It creates more problems than it solves -

I know what Mandy is talking about. For some reason when you merge labels in
Word you end up with two empty paragraph marks above the end-of-cell marker. You can put text in these paragraphs, but I've never understood why they're there. -- Suzanne S.
