The simplest is to use the autoshapes tool on the Drawing toolbar, open the Basic Shapes submenu, and choose the rectangle with rounded corners. Draw it to the size you want, and set the line and fill colors with the other tools on the toolbar. Drag the yellow handle to change the amount of rounding on the corners. Right-click the shape and choose Add Text. You can type or paste in the text, make final adjustments to the size of the rectangle so everything fits nicely, and position it where you want it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
