How do I open a file with the extension "webarchive" with WORD?

Webarchive files are saved web pages from Apple's Safari browser. You *may*
be able to open them in Word if you tell Word they are MHT (single page web)
files (try changing the extension to MHT).

Thanks! But it didn't work, i.e., the file opened but it was goobledygook.
