Default Cover Pages

Does Microsoft Word 2003 have a feature for Cover Pages like Word 2007? I
just uninstalled 2007 to go back to 2003 (due to some bugs) and I was trying
to find this feature.

Any help would be extremely appricated.

No, that's a new feature in 2007.
