margins for a custom size page
I am using Word student addition, 2003
I want to print up pages for a cookbook with these deminstions: Page size 6.5 width 9.75 length Margins: top 1" bottom 1" left 1.5" right 1" I keep getting the dreaded message "One or more margins are set outside the printable area of the page. Choose the fix button to increase the appropriate margins. When I chose the fix option, the margins go to: top 1" bottom 3.71" left 1.33" right 1.30" Obviously these are not what I am seeking. Plese assist me. |

That error message is sometimes misleading. Try whether the following solves
the problem: Select Format Columns. In the "Apply to" field, make sure "Whole document" is selected. Clict the "One" icon (even if it is selected). Click OK. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "imacooking" wrote: I am using Word student addition, 2003 I want to print up pages for a cookbook with these deminstions: Page size 6.5 width 9.75 length Margins: top 1" bottom 1" left 1.5" right 1" I keep getting the dreaded message "One or more margins are set outside the printable area of the page.
