Default Office 2000 core update

While I was downloading the Office 2000 core update (o2ksr-1a), the
20-minute inactive timer thingy in IE timed out and dropped me off-line.
Now whenever I try to start the download again, it won't do it and I get a
message that says:

"Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 update did not complete successfully. For
assistance, contact Microsoft Technical Support."

So I sent Microsoft Technical Support an email message two days ago, but
they haven't answered.

Please help.

Steve

Try one of the alternative download links - and use a download manager in
case you get cut off again -
