missing page 1
On the first page of my document, the status bar shows that it's Page 2,
Section 1. The missing page 1 throws off the page numbering and table of contents. How do I fix this? |

View | Header and Footer. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click Format
Page Number. Change the setting from "Start at 2" to "Continue from previous section." -- Suzanne S.
