When I do a redline / strikeout document the revisions and marks show on the
screen and on print preview but will not print. The printed version accepts
all changes before I instruct it to do so. I have a HP LasterJet 2420 and
have downloaded all patches, new drivers, etc. I have even downloaded an
older print driver and still I cannot make it work.

Make sure you have "Document showing markup" selected in the Print dialog.
This is selected by default if you print from the Final Showing Markup view.

It is marked and I still have the problem. This is driving me crazy!
