Why isn't Word's spell check picking up misspellings?
I'm using Microsoft Word 2003, and I have a document that contains single
letters such as e and y with spaces around them. They're in Times New Roman font. The spell check does not pick them up as errors. E and y do not appear in my custom dictionary. How can I get Word to recognize them as errors? |

Because letters can be used as letters (either per se or as part of a
numbering system), they are not marked as misspelled. -- Suzanne S.
