Craig,
In Word 2002/2003 there is a button on your standard toolbar, number five from the left, which will activate a taskpane and let you search by creation date. You can also activate the taskpane directly of course. Right at the top there is a list op properties, click on it and choose creation date, choose the second list and click on any condition be it today, last month or others. Hit the button add. You can of course limit your search to selected locations or file types. Now click on search and see what comes up. Luc "Craig" schreef in bericht ... You can search for files by date in Windows Explorer, but if you have a good
idea where the file is (what folder it was saved in), you may be able to find it just by arranging the files in the folder by date order. To do this in Word or Windows Explorer, display the Details view, then click on the Modified column header to sort ascending (oldest to newest). Click again to sort descending. -- Suzanne S.
