Default How do I set default table cell margins?

When I create tables, the cell margins are Left = 0, Right = 0, Top = .08,
and Bottom = .08. I know how to go in a change them to what I want them to
be, but how do I set the default margins so that tables are created with the
margins I want so that I don't have to go in and change them??
