I have rec'd a document from a co-worker. Through the review menu I accepted
all changes/deletions yet some remain. If I go thru the document again using
the "next" feature, the change is found, but I am still unable to accept it.
Can anyone tell me why and/or how to get rid of the change for good.

Are you and your co-worker using the same version of Word? Which one(s)?

If I have problems with removing a change, it usually helps to select the entire
paragraph containing the change, then hit accept (or reject) a couple of times.
