I am having the same problem as another visitor noted on 11/14.

On two separate computers, (one with Word 2002 and the other with Word
2003), Word is freezing and then shutting down after I attempt to paste from
Yahoo e-mail. I am able to paste directly into WordPad and Notepad, but not
Word.

The problem is also sporadic, sometimes occurring and sometimes not.

I can paste into Word if I Paste Special, but not while retaining the
formatting or HTML.

I can paste from the new version of Yahoo, but prefer to use the original
Yahoo version. Both computers have had recent automatic updates from both
Microsoft and from Trend Micro PC-cillin.

I am able to access the Internet via Microsoft Office Online from Word, so a
firewall does not seem to be the issue. How might i tell if it could be?

Any ideas?
