How to print differents records with Access
Not sure what you mean but if it is
a. you already have a label layout that works b. you are able to print labels for three records that happen to come one after another in your Access table c. you want to be able to select any 3 records and print labels just for those then d. go into Word-Mailings tab-Edit Recipients List e. use the checkboxes in column 2 (column 1 contains the data source name) to select the records you want. You can select/deselect all of the records by checkingunchecking the checkbox in the column header. If you did not mean that, can you please clarify what you are trying to do? Good morning Peter,
That is exactly what I was looking for. I must have been sleeping about the selection of the records. Thank you. -- Joe T "Peter Jamieson" wrote: Not sure what you mean but if it is a. you already have a label layout that works b. you are able to print labels for three records that happen to come one after another in your Access table c. you want to be able to select any 3 records and print labels just for those then d. go into Word-Mailings tab-Edit Recipients List e. use the checkboxes in column 2 (column 1 contains the data source name) to select the records you want.
