English template has French parts - How do I make them go away?
I have a template that has a date on the cover sheet. The entire template and
the default language for Office on my machine is in English. However, whenever I try to type in the date, I get a message about installing French options. I have set the default language on the document template to English to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks! |

Ctrl+A to Select All in the template, then use Tools | Language | Set
Language to apply the correct language (and make sure language auto detection is disabled). See also http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/LangFmt.htm -- Suzanne S.
