Printing wrong colors from Word document
in a Word document, I selected a sentense by highlighting with mouse. Right
click with mouse and selected font option. Choose font color (red), then clicked ok. Word document on screen was as requested; red sentence. Printed document only to find requested "red" sentence printed in yellow. Followed trouble shoot at Dell with no solution. Any takers?? |

You need a new ink cartridge in your printer.

I have spoke with the seller of the cartridge and he agrees with you
exchanging the cartridge. He claim that is rare, however I do not. It it a Dell cartridge and they are considered unique. They may be also tough to refill by the "aftermarket" guys. Z "Tony Jollans" wrote: You need a new ink cartridge in your printer. -- Enjoy, Tony |

What is rare? Running out of one colour of ink?
For something that is ridiculously expensive I have found the quality of ink cartridges (in particular the quantity of ink in them, new or refilled) to be very variable. -- Enjoy, Tony "zorroup" wrote in message ... Hi Tony,
You are absolultely right. I would bet, aftermarket cartridges, are the biggest problems. I would also bet that Dell makes it so that their cartridges are tough to "refill"....believe me.....they are! Thanks for Your Help and Validation of Problem, Z "Tony Jollans" wrote: What is rare?
