Text entered flows top to bottom, not left to right
For some reason, entering text in a Word 2002 document is giving me problems:
instead of the classical left-to-right flow, the text starts to flow from the top-right corner to the bottom-right corner (90 degrees rotation to the right) - in Print Layout View. I've checked Page Layout Margins Tab (Orientation is Portrait), and Preview gives me an odd thing: text flows, indeed, top to bottom. All other things seem to be OK, except that, on the Formatting Toolbar, all the alignment buttons are, again, vertically oriented, not horizontal. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Aurel Zidaru |

Thank you for your response.
No, the page is clean - i.e. no table or text box. I've asked the user to send me the file and check it on my machine. If you think it's helpful, I can forward you the Word document for further in-depth investigations. Best regards, Aurel "Suzanne S.
