Translation of reading level (not language)
I know this may sound silly, but is there a way to translate a document into
a 6th grade reading level? This question was posed to my group, and we're not sure if it's a built-in function of Word or some sort of plug-in. Thanks! |

No, there isn't anything built into Word. I'm not aware of any other
product that does it, although Google may turn up something in the education community. Personally, I doubt the ability of any program to edit (not "translate") text to a specific reading level without turning it into pure nonsense. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
