Default Edit function is not working correctly. it keeps going to recover.

WORD 2003: Whenever I try to copy / cut and Paste word either goes into
recovery and repair mode or alternatively displays the "Microsoft Ofice Word
has encountered a problem and needs to close down......... Please tell
Microsoft about this..... SEND REPORT DON'T SEND REPORT".
The recovered document is always blank.
I have removed and re-install WORD, as well as removing update KB923094 in
the hope of a solution. so far I have been unsuccessful.

Any thoughts??

Hi Cyclops,

Are you perhaps pasting from a website? Browsers are pretty forgiving, but
Word easily chokes on buggy HTML.
In case of problems, I paste into some web editor (Dreamweaver, Frontpage),
and from there into Word.

If it's something different: Do you copy from Word to Word? Does the problem
go away when you start Word in safe mode (keep the Ctrl key pressed when you
start Word)? In that case, the problem could be caused by some add-in.

Regards,
Klaus
