Default Letter Head

I have a document that usemy companies letterhead. Every time when I open the
document it shows up fine. But when I print or preview the letter the
letterhead is stripped from the letter. This only happening on one
workstation with windows xp profession sp2. I am using word 2003. When I
take the same letter and print it from a different machine it works fine.

When you say the "letterhead" is stripped, is that a graphic object rather
than text? If so...

On that workstation, look at Tools Options Print. If the "Drawing
objects" option isn't checked, click it.
