Format CO2 as you want it to appear throughout the documentm then copy the
formatted version to the clipboard. Then use replace to replace CO2 with ^c -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org mhc wrote: Hi, Is there a way to do this in Word with one command? |
