Default Frame around a text box and image side by side ?

I have to put a text box next to an image (picture) side by side - How do I
put a border around them as one item ?

Default Frame around a text box and image side by side ?

You could create a table, two columns and one row. Insert the picture in one
cell and type the text in the other cell. Apply table borders around the
table (not between the cells).
