Default Prompt Dialog Box

I'm trying to create prompts in Word for the user to input the unique
information within a Word Doc. I've tried getting a user filed and an "ask"
field to work, but those only work if you select "Edit Field", I want the
prompts to pop up one after another within the word doc. I realize I may
need some VB, but I'd rather avoid it if possible to control the process
better.

Sample:

Prompt 1: Enter Account # (in 1st field)
Prompt 2: Enter Account state (in 2nd field) etc.

To learn about ASK (and FILLIN) fields, see item 6 "User Prompts" in the
article at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm.
