Default Expanding length of a field in a Microsoft Word form

I have a form in Word that I am trying to expand the size of the NAME field.
The problem is that there is plenty of room - but it is moving the
information on the form which is to the right of this field and on the same
line.

Hi ?B?RElyaXNo?=,

line.

How did you create the form (from where did you get the box for the field)?

And which version of Word is this?
