Default creating a reference page

I am writing a paper and need to start a reference page. My prof keeps
telling me to learn how to create a new page without spacing down. I can't
seem to figure this out. Im sure its something like cntrl / something but Im
clueless.
Any ideas

Default creating a reference page

Hi thechef752,

Ctrl-Enter inserts a hard page-break. If you've got headings that start a
new page, you can format the heading paragraph (or, better still, the
relevant heading paragraph style) to insert a page-break before.
